Botanical name: Simmondsia chinensis

 

Description:  Jojoba is a liquid wax that is highly stable and has a composition that mimics the skin’s natural sebum. It is anti-oxidant, quick penetrating oil that has a satin feel to the skin and is astringent. Jojoba is suitable for all skin types, especially oily skin, and can be used for facial and massage oils. It is often added to other carrier oils as a preservative. Shelf life – minimum 12 months.
