Botanical name: Canarium luzonicum

Therapeutic Benefit - Body: Elemi is an analgesic, bactericide, and fungicide. It is an expectorant and a tonic for the urinary tract. Elemi is also good for athlete’s foot.
Therapeutic Benefit - Spirit: Elemi is used for meditation and generating peace. It is used to boost the inner child and protect the soul.
Application Method: Dilute 10 drops in 1 oz carrier oil, massage oil, or lotion and apply to skin or bath. Use 4 drops in 2 cups of hot water for a steam.
