Description:  Refreshing blend is like a walk through a mysterious forest where you feel connected to the Earth, refreshed, and clear. It is a tonic to the immune and nervous systems and makes you feel grounded. Spearmint is cooling and revitalizing, while the Lime is refreshing and cheering. Fir Needle in this blend adds inspiration and peace.

 

 

 

Ingredients:  Refreshing contains pure essential oils of Lemon, Lime, Spearmint, Bay Laurel, Fir Needle, Patchouli, and Juniper in a Jojoba Oil Base.

Application Method:  Roll on/rub 3-4 drops on skin. 10 drops can be added to 1 oz massage oil or lotion and applied to the body. 10 drops of Refreshing can be added to the bath or footbath.
